Happy Good Friday my friends! You know it’s been a crazy couple of weeks when you see bunny cupcakes on the receptionist’s desk and say “Oh, Easter is this weekend!” I’m not going to sugar coat things… I have over a thousand blog posts to read on Bloglovin, my house is a mess, and my dogs miss their walks…
Three weeks ago I started working on two new projects at work. It’s been a little busy. I’m not proud to admit it but I have a new daily ritual. Like clock work, I get a Starbucks venti ice coffee with non-fat milk and two pumps of sweetener at 3 p.m.
Let me put this in perspective… I don’t drink coffee unless there’s an early run involved. It’s a bad new addiction, but it’s getting me through this crazy work time and double workouts…

Thursday – Tempo Run
Sunday – Rest Day
My next triathlon is in a week! I hope to be prepared for the ocean swim with all the training I’ve been up to lately.
